By uploading a video or picture to Simply Pets you, and all participants (collectively hereafter “you and your”) have agreed for all time that Simply Pets LLC, (the "Production Company") and its successors and that the Production Company will own any and all rights in said videos and photographs and the you now waive, as to the Production Company and its successors, assigns and
licensees, all personal right and objections to any use to be made of such videos and photographs as well as your name and personality in connection with the use of the videos and photographs containing your likeness for any and all
motion picture, radio and television purposes , be they broadcast, internet, cable or other means of delivery known or yet to be discovered, and performances thereof, accompanied by any narration and dialogue or anything else whatsoever, and the publicity in connection therewith, and/or for any other trade and advertising purposes. You hereby represents that you understand
that in proceeding with said upload the Production Company will do so in full reliance on the foregoing permission and that you warrant the same as to having fully secured the right to grant such permission of any participant in any uploaded video or photograph.
