Simply Pets ~ Recipe from Christophe for your Petkid Dog!
*Green onions in the picture are NOT recommended for your dog and in the picture we are showing anchovies not sardines. Sardines in moderation quantities can be good for your dog petkid. The good thing about anchovies is that they are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids as most fish are and they have many beneficial health properties.
This is a really a healthy, easy recipe with ingredients you probably have at home and you can
prepare for your dog.
PLEASE NOTE: If you believe your petkid is sensitive to any of these ingredients, please do not use. example below- bell peppers. Some dogs love them, others do not. Use peppers sparingly regardless. To much (of anything could potentially) would make human or petkid’s stomach upset.
Ingredients
· 1# of lean ground beef. (Have to be lean)
· 1 Teaspoon or either fish oil, cod liver oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil
· ½ can of sardine
· ½ teaspoon of ginger powder
· ½ teaspoon of Kelt powder
· 1 egg
· 1oz of 4 vegetables you have in your fridge, that can be Spinach,
broccoli, bell peppers, carrot, kale, mushroom, green beans...)
Put into a food processor all the ingredients except the beef.
Add the mixture into a bowl and mix it with the beef.
You can serve it raw or cooked. I will suggest to make a big batch and freeze it
You can also make the same recipe with ground lean turkey.
